A. The free meet & greet takes about 30 minutes so everyone can meet each other. We will discuss your pet(s) and the services you would like. Then, if you would like us to care for your companion animals, we have you complete an information sheet that includes vet information, emergency contact numbers, feeding requirements, we have you show us where everything is located, get two (2) copies of your house key (one for backup) and accept payment.
A. We specialize in dog and cat care. Other pets requiring minimal care and supervision (e.g. fish, birds, etc.) will be cared for at no additional charge.
A. We do not have any restrictions on age and we never discriminate on breed alone. We care for puppies and kittens, senior pets and all ages of dogs and cats in between! Every animal we care for has their own unique personality. Since they have different needs and enjoy different things we want to give them individual attention and the best possible care when we come to visit.
A. We walk your pups through the neighborhood or at a nearby park and we are always conscientious of waste disposal and leash etiquette. Dogs are never walked off-leash while in our care. Dogs will be walked in most weather conditions; however, they will not be walked during severe storms for the safety of your pet and their walker.
